We propose the design and development of a blockchain-based marketplace platform that enables tokenization, listing, investment, and secondary trading of Real World Assets (RWAs).

Our focus will be on the Marketplace Model — where the platform operator is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, tokenizing, and listing assets. Investors can browse curated offerings, complete KYC/AML checks, and invest using cryptocurrencies or fiat.
